Vehicle Towing Requirements for Trakmaster Off-Road Caravans

The following is a guide to the required towing capability of a vehicle in relation to the model of caravan selected. Off-road caravans by design are heavier than normal caravans.

Needless to say all of the caravans in our model range from the smallest Sturt to the largest Simpson at 22’ (6.7 metre) are as light as practical and are able to be towed by a vehicle with a towing capacity of 3,500kg.

Depending on additional fit out requirements and client selected options this guide will assist in determining the appropriate rated tow vehicle for the caravan selected.
